Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Estimated delivery times vary by location:

• Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days

• Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. The applicable shipping fees will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within the UK. We plan to expand international shipping options soon.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.

Lost or Delayed Packages
MotorMist is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events beyond our control. If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at motormistuk@gmail.com, and we will assist you.

Risk of Loss
Once the products are handed over to the carrier, the risk and title pass to you. Please inspect your package upon delivery and report any damages immediately.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. MotorMist is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
