All orders are processed and packed within 1 to 2 working days (excluding weekends , Celebration Days and UK bank holidays).

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a email confirmation containing your shipping and tracking information (if a tracked service was selected).
2. UK Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates
We ship all UK mainland and Northern Ireland orders via reliable domestic couriers (such as Royal Mail or Evri) to ensure your hanging diffusers and scented cards arrive safely.

Delivery times are estimates provided by our couriers and are not strictly guaranteed, but under UK consumer law, all orders will be delivered within a maximum of 30 days unless a specific delay is agreed upon in advance.
3. Incorrect Delivery Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address carefully at the checkout screen. Motormist cannot be held responsible for missing or delayed parcels if the delivery information provided at the time of purchase was incorrect or incomplete. If a parcel is returned to us due to an insufficient address, a reshipping fee may apply.
4. Lost, Damaged, or Missing Parcels
Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, Motormist is legally responsible for ensuring your products reach you safely.

Damaged in Transit: If your hanging diffusers or scented cards arrive broken or leaking, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photographic evidence of the damage so we can arrange a swift replacement or refund.

Missing Parcels: If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of receiving your dispatch email, please reach out to our customer service team. We will open an investigation with the courier and resolve the issue for you without undue delay.
