Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Once an order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. This email confirms that we have received your order but does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or stock availability issues. If your order is cancelled, a full refund will be issued. Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once they have been processed and dispatched. Please ensure that all delivery details provided are accurate. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information.
